Domestic ground delivery within 1 to 6 business days.
When value is more important than speed, we can deliver by ground your packages and receive the same attention and careful handling you receive with our other services. Deferred door-to-door service delivery Monday through Friday within 1-6 business days. DHL Ground is available within all points to Canada.
We offer domestic Saturday delivery service to key Canadian cities. When selecting the destination, WebShip will warn you if this service is not available for a particular area. You may also provide the destination postcode to the Customer Service Representative and we’ll take care of the rest.
Residential deliveries are provided (require a contact name and telephone number) for an additional charge. A residence is a home, including a business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open for public access. Residential locations are not determined by the recipient information or by the neighbourhood in which the building is located. A surcharge of $5.00 per shipment will apply to all shipments to residential areas.
